Tiffany has over 10 years of industry experience in healthcare and financial services. She played key roles in building and improving compliance, quality assurance, process improvement and relationship management teams.

As a customer, she implemented the CallMiner platform and built bespoke interaction analytics programs prior to joining the CallMiner customer success team in 2017. She now provides strategic consultation and partnership across a variety of industries; from implementation, to maturity and continuous management.
