Mike has over 14 years of experience in the contact center industry including Quality Assurance, Training, Workforce Management, Client Resources, and Speech Analytics.
Mike joined the CallMiner team as a CSD in June of 2017. Prior to working for CallMiner, he was the Director of Analytics for a CallMiner customer and successfully launched and expanded their Speech Analytics program. Mike has helped CallMiner customers drive ROI in excess of $15 million and enjoys seeing the teams he assists become heroes within their companies.
