Micaela received her MS in Computational Linguistics at Brandeis University after graduating with BAs in Linguistics and Computer Science. Having worked at CallMiner for 1.5 years as an intern and a Data Scientist, she’s made use of what she’s learned in school to help bring linguistic insights into our machine learning research. While she mostly focuses on Emotion research, she will be published this year at EMNLP in the Workshop on Noisy User-Generated Text for work she did to help find entities, such as emails and spellings, in our call transcripts.
