Lynsie has more than 10 years of industry experience in consumer contact services within the financial services vertical. She played a played a crucial role within the Business Transformation department at a Fortune 500 company evaluating operations effectiveness and identifying areas of needed improvement. Prior to joining the Customer Success team in 2018, she implemented the CallMiner platform and managed the strategic partnership. 

In her current role as a Customer Success Director, she provides strategic partnership and guidance to a multitude of clients across expansive industries during the implementation of and continuous management of their Interaction Analytics Programs.
