Customer Engagement Manager

Kate joined the CallMiner marketing team in 2017 and currently serves as Customer Engagement Manager supporting customer awareness, the CallMiner Customer Success Organization, and the Engagement Optimization community. Being totally new to engagement analytics prior to CallMiner, she has been fascinated by the incredible insights that can be pulled from customer conversations and continually impressed with how CallMiner customers leverage those insights to provide a better experience for both their customers and employees.  

Prior to CallMiner, Kate worked at Gartner supporting data and analytics IT leaders and at Nasdaq leading U.S. exchange marketing. She has a BA in Journalism from the University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill and resides in Fort Myers, FL.
