Karen joined the CallMiner team in March of 2016 bringing 15+ years of Contact Center experience including a focus in Quality, Customer Experience and Compliance. Since joining CallMiner, Karen has worked with customers to accelerate ROI in QM Automation, Revenue Enhancement and Churn reduction. Prior to joining CallMiner, Karen was a Sr. Analyst for Quality and Customer Experience for CenturyLink where she served as the Subject Matter Expert for speech and text analytics.
