Jennifer has over 25 years of experience in both retail and “direct to consumer” management. Her expertise includes retail sales and customer service, consumer relations, quality assurance, compliance, vendor management, speech analytics and customer experience. While in the “direct to consumer market”; she implemented CallMiner’s Eureka software and managed the partnership between the two companies. During her time as a customer, her speech program was the recipient of the Speech Technology Magazine – 2014 Implementation Award. She has over nine years’ experience with the CallMiner Suite of products and has been a member of the CallMiner team for over five years.
