Jami has over 10 years experience in the contact center industry, three of which she spent leading the Quality Monitoring, Consumer Relations and complaints, Speech Analytics teams. Additionally, she was responsible for managing partners for Compliance & Speech Analytics.
Jami joined the CallMiner team as a CSD in April of 2018. Since joining, she has steered organizations through onboarding, and achieving valuable insights and ROI from CallMiner.
