Director of Customer Education

David joined CallMiner in 2015 after over 17 years in Contact Center Operations Management as the Director of Operations for Sony Electronics developing strategies and transforming plans into workable solutions to improve performance against key operational targets. Using his business acumen in training sessions, he is able to guide clients in successful Eureka implementations.  David currently leads CallMiner’s Education and Documentation Teams. The Education Team is responsible for the creation and delivery of all product training curriculum from our product portfolio, E-learning & Eureka Academy Webinar continuing education to our clients and partners. The Documentation Team produces all technical documentation such as User Guides, Installation Guides, and Upgrade Manuals for customer and internal use.
