Christine Larsen is Vice President of Agent Experience for Channel Operations at SiriusXM. She is currently responsible for architecting the agent to customer experience of emerging and business continuity initiatives across SiriusXM’s contact center operations. With twenty years of experience, Christine has lead cross-functional teams through product technology and partner launches, account and operations infrastructure changes, new business strategies, and crisis management for call centers and marketing. Her depth of knowledge was garnered through years in program and project management, channel and revenue operations, product marketing, streaming development, customer learning knowledge and cross platform communications.
